Theme: Tiki-style Brennivín Cocktail.
Bartenders arrive 19:00, Competitions starts 20:00.
Application Deadline: 02. November.
10 bartenders will make the cut for the finals, based on recipe and concept – announced on the 5th of November.
At the finals, top 10 bartenders will be judged by performance, concept as well as cocktail taste and appearance.
